From June 18 to 20, celebrate papa' by firing up the grill for high-quality dry-aged cuts from Creekstone Farms, home to the world’s finest Black Angus Beef, raised and grazed humanely. As always, we are proud to say that all of the meat we offer follows our “never ever” guidelines: No antibiotics ever! No added hormones ever! No growth-promoting drugs ever! What difference does dry-ageing make, you ask? The process involves resting large cuts of meat in a controlled, open-air environment for an extended period of time. This helps to speed up the breakdown of muscle tissue in each cut of beef while also reducing their overall water weight, sealing in flavour and creating a melt-in-your-mouth texture in each and every bite.
