Asparagus Risotto Mix-250 gr

The Asparagus Risotto Mix from gli Aironi combines the delicateness of the best Carnaroli rice with green Italian asparagus. This mix is not precooked, but only moistened with vegetable broth!

Ingredients: Carnaroli Rice 93%, Vegetable Broth, Asparagus 1.2%, Onion, Asparagus tips 0.9%, Salt, Garlic.

Directions: serving for 2-3 people. Saute' the content with 1 tbsp butter or extra virgin olive oil in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Add one third cup dry white wine to taste. Slowly add 650ml or 22 oz boiling water. Stir and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and add grated Parmigiano Reggiano DOP or Grana Padano DOP cheese and butter and salt to taste.
