Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sabina DOP from La Mola is obtained by 60% Frantoio, 30% Leccino, and 10% Pendolino olives from the Sabina hills.

This outstanding extra virgin olive oil is characterized by a golden color of medium intensity with slight greenish hues, with intense fruity notes of olives, fresh cut grass, green tomato, artichoke, herbs, with sweet and light spicy finish.

Olive Varieties: 60% Frantoio, 30% Leccino, and 10% Pendolino.

Pairing ideas: tomato sauces, vegetables and seafood dishes.

Company History:

Anna Maria Billi founded La Mola in 1996 and today with her daughters Paola and Francesca Pingi, she is producing well awarded extra virgin olive oil. The olive mill is in Palombara Sabina, between Rieti and Rome, in the region of Lazio.

La Mola has only 4600 olive trees and they are 984 feet above the sea level. Production is limited and all bottles are hand-numbered.
