The Terre dell'Abbazia Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Ursini is obtained from a carefully handpicked selection of traditional Abruzzo's olives such as Gentile di Chieti, Cucco, Leccino, Olivastra, Crognalegno and Dritta. These olives are handpicked from small farmers from the first week of October until the last week of November and they are milled together. This delicious extra virgin olive oil has a pale green color with yellow hues. The aroma is elegant with scents of mature tomato and green banana. On the palate, it is slightly fruity with notes of herbs.
