Fresh Genovese Basil Pesto from Gran Pesti has an intense flavour of the basil cultivated in the Pra’ area near Genova, and of pine nuts. It has a nice and creamy consistency thanks to Grana Padano DOP and Pecorino Romano DOP that is used.

Enjoy this pesto with Trofie or Linguine Pasta.

Ingredients: Olive Oil, Basil (25% min.), Grana Padano PDO cheese (cow milk, salt, rennet), Italian pine nuts, Pecorino PDO cheese (sheep milk, salt, rennet), Salt, Italian garlic, antioxidant agent: ascorbic acid, acidifier: citric acid. It may contain traces of walnuts and almonds.

Directions: Pesto should not be heated. When draining the pasta, save a little water in the pan. Return the drained pasta to the pan and stir through the pesto. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 3 days.
