Company History:

In 1952, Attilio Babbi founded Azienda Dolciaria Babbi in the town of Cesena, in the Emilia Romagna region. Azienda Dolciaria Babbi became an important producer of cones, wafers, and ingredients for handcrafted gelato production. In 1958, the firm began to expand and they created a confectionary department specialized in creating unique delicacies made from carefully selected ingredients. Their high-quality products are prepared slowly using artisanal practices in accordance with tradition. All steps of production are carried out in the main plant: the creation of spreads, the pasteurization of the aromatic pastes, the baking of wafers, and also the toasting of hazelnuts, pine nuts, almonds, and pistachios. Thanks to this artisanal production and expertise, Babbi became a guarantee for gourmet taste all over the world.
