The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP from La Dispensa di Amerigo is made with wine vinegar and cooked grape must aged in large wood barrels in the Emilia Romagna region.
The density is light. The flavour is well balanced with sour sweet notes ending notes.
It is excellent on salads, heirloom tomatoes and to marinate meats.
Amerigo is three generations of gastronomy and hospitality while respecting local traditions and raw materials. In 1934, Amerigo opened a small restaurant in Savigno, close to Bologna. In 1996 Amerigo family decided to share all their unique recipes to everyone so they started to make ready to use Pasta Sauces. All their products are produced at a seasonal rate. All the ingredients used in their products are from small farmers.
