Radikon is a legend among orange wine producers.  Oslavje is a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc with up to 14 days skin contact and then 1 year of barrel aging after fermentation.  High acidity and grippy tannins this has notes of dried figs, bruised apples and quince with a long finish indeed.
