Description

Raclette de Compton is an organic farmhouse cheese made from cow's milk matured for 60 to 90 days.  It's washed rind is coppery and it's texture is soft and melting.  Gives off flavours of butter and hazelnut.  

Organic pink peppercorns integrated into the centre of the paste, release their fragrance under the effect of heat.
