The White Wine Vinegar from Olitalia is obtained with a slow acetification process of Italian white wines.

Density: light.

flavour: very aromatic, on the palate it is slightly acidic with nice fruitiness notes.

Pairings: salads, vegetables, white meats, and to marinate meats.
