PEI Stewing Beef

One-inch cubes of rich, flavorful wagyu beef stew meat are cut from parts of the steer that respond better to slow cooking which is the chuck (shoulder) of the animal. This meat is perfect for stewed and braised dishes.

Don't forget to try grilling them on skewers for Shish-Kabobs!
