30 Day Dry Aged Striploin

Strip refers to the group of muscles that extends the length of the Top Loin adjacent to the spine bone and on top of the finger bone.

Not quite as fatty as ribeye steak, striploin steak is very juicy.

This steak offers a delicious dry aged taste that is truly unique.

Why aged beef?

When beef is aged, it loses water and so reduces in weight, but it takes on a lot more flavour. It’s normal for aged beef to have a darker appearance.
