Description

The Tur of the Alta Langa dairy. Semi-mature soft cheese. Prepared with cow's milk, sheep's milk, goat's milk, ferments, salt, rennet.

It has a cylindrical shape, pale straw yellow colour, soft and wrinkled edible rind. With a soft and very light texture enclosed within a soft and creamy rind, this cheese, obtained from the slow maturation of the three milks which gives rise to a delicate hand-worked curd, is characterized by its great sweetness with sensations of butter and cream, accompanied by notes of acidity and yeast aromas.

To be tasted at room temperature.

If not consumed immediately, store between +4° and +8°C.
