 Blue Danube Sausage House's world-renowned, original line of salamis, including the Hot Gyulai salami, are all made with the traditional and old-fashioned methods, using only the highest quality of meats and spices.

Using their original Blue Danube recipe, their cooked (and not heat treated) Gyulai Salami is slowly and naturally aged to ensure a perfect texture. The cooked Gyulai Salami is an all natural, filler free, MSG free dry salami with no added nitrates, hormones, or antibiotics and with added Cayenne Pepper for extra heat. The Gyulai salami is perfect for any charcuterie board, sandwich, or platter.
