Fragrant, crisp and tasty, the Taralli of Puglia are distinguished from others by double cooking, which makes them incomparably crunchy. First boiled and then drained, they are then baked, which gives them their typical golden colour. It is made with tender wheat flour 00, white wine, olive oil, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, rosemary. The Taralli biscuits are a perfect snack, accompanied by cold meats and cheeses, or fresh vegetables. They are also delicious alone, as an aperitif.
