First boiled and then drained, they are then baked, which gives them their typical golden colour. It is made with tender wheat flour 00, white wine, olive oil, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, rosemary. The Taralli biscuits are a perfect snack, accompanied by cold meats and cheeses, or fresh vegetables. They are also delicious alone, as an aperitif.
