The Essenza Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Muraglia is made exclusively with Coratina olives grown in Puglia. The aroma is intensely fruity with notes of fennel, artichoke, pepper and hay. The color appears intense green with golden shades. On the palate, it is full of vegetable tones, powerful, rich, chiseled from the perfectly-fused phenol structure, with a good flavor balance. It closes in a deliciously spicy way with long persistence of vegetable tones.
