The 'Terre di Tramontana' Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Lucchi & Guastalli is obtained from a carefully handpicked selection of Razzola and Leccino olives that grow in the Ligurian part of the lower Lunigiana, a territory straddling Liguria and Tuscany.On the palate, this extra virgin olive oil has delicate nutty and aromatic herbs sensations together with a slightly spicy aftertaste.Olive Varieties: Leccino and Razzola.Pairing ideas: bruschetta, bread, salad, pesto, grilled meats.Company History: Since 1995 Marco Lucchi and Carlo Guastalli have been running the farm that bears their name producing extra virgin olive oil Riviera Ligure DOP Riviera di Levante.The ecological Lucchi & Gustalli mill is in Santo Stefano di Magra, close to La Spezia, an area in the region of Liguria called Riviera di Levante. The farm extends over about 8 hectares located in the Ligurian part of the lower Lunigiana, a territory straddling Liguria and Tuscany.
