Pecorino Fiore Sardo DOP, also know as Pecorino Sardo, is produced in the region of Sardegna using only raw sheep's milk and coagulated with lamb rennet. This delicious cheese is grainy and hard, with flavours verging on spicy and intense. Sardaforme has been producing traditional DOP cheeses typical of Sardegna for over forty years. All production is carefully carried out at the groups production facility in Dorgali in Sardegna. Enjoy this cheese as an antipasto and pair it with your favourite Eataly's honey.
