PEI Chuck Eye Flat

Similar to a ribeye, chuck eye steaks are tender with deep flavor.

Chuck eye steaks come from where the ribeye muscles meet the shoulder muscles. Walking and grazing on pasture help this muscle develop deep flavor.

No need to add a ton of special seasoning here, good old salt and pepper will do the trick.
