The 'Opera Mastra' Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Ursini is obtained from a carefully handpicked selection of traditional Abruzzo's olives such as Gentile di Chieti, Leccino, Dritta and Cucco. The Cucco and Leccino olives are picked from October 15th to October 30th while Gentile di Chieti and Dritta are picked during the month of November. On the nose, it is aromatic with notes of fresh basil and rosemary. On the palate, it is fruity with herbaceous notes and a medium peppery finish.Olive Varieties: Gentile di Chieti, Leccino, Dritta and Cucco.Pairing ideas: bruschetta, pasta sauces, delicate meats, salads and aged cheeses.

As early as the nineteenth century Ursini family was considered the master expert in sauces and extra virgin olive oil production.
